RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICY:

A credit card is required to reserve a unit. A reservation / security deposit is taken in the amount of $100.

This reservation / security deposit is returned when the unit, contents and site are left in the same good, clean condition in which they were found.

For a reservation of 2 to 7 days the $100. Reservation / security deposit is all that is required until arrival.

For a reservation of 8 or more days, a non-refundable 20% of the total rental charge is due 30 days before arrival. This is in addition to the $100. Reservation / security deposit taken at the time of reservation.

If the Lessee wishes to cancel a reservation that has been confirmed, please phone the rental office immediately. This will greatly increase the possibility of a re-booking and therefore the specified refund.

The rental office personal must be notified of the cancellation at least 31 days prior to the arrival date. A cancellation fee of $50. Shall apply.

If, for any reason, a cancellation is made within the 31 days prior to arrival, the reservation will be cancelled but all deposits are non-refundable. If the reserved unit is re-booked for the full time period of the original reservation a cancellation fee of $50. Shall apply.

If, for any reason, a cancellation is made within 7 days of the date of arrival, the reservation will be cancelled but the total rental amount of the reservation will be charged. If the reserved unit is re-booked for the full time period of the original reservation a cancellation fee of $50. Shall apply.
